Our recruitment process
1. Application review & shortlisting
Upon receiving your application, we'll assess your CV and background. Shortlisted candidates will receive an email notification within two weeks. To enhance your candidacy, please provide comprehensive details about your education and experiences.
2. Screening interview
An informal discussion lasting approximately 30 minutes via Google Meet or a telephone call.
3. Technical interview
This interview will be conducted in person at our central Cheltenham office, lasting around 90 minutes. You'll undergo a brief 20-minute verbal reasoning test, and give a short presentation. The structure of the interview will be tailored to suit the specifics of the role.
4. Decision making
We aim to finalise our decision within 2-3 weeks from the interviews
